General Regulations

Participants are guaranteed participation in the course in the order that registrations are received. When a participant is accepted to the course, a letter of confirmation to that effect and a fee invoice will be mailed to the participant. All fees must be paid one month before the commencement of the course. Participants from a foreign country may be offered the option of paying the course fee (in Swiss Francs) at the commencement of the course.

After the participant has paid for the course, withdrawal (with refund) is only possible in the event of illness or extraordinary circumstances.

The course can be cancelled due to limited registration up to one month before the commencement of the course. In that event the full amount paid for the course will be returned to the participant, or the participant may accept the option of an alternative course.
